Fund (say £4,500,000) £45,000 <add>£720,000: remains neat profit by
the measure 16 per Cent upon the remaining 16 million = £2,500,000.</add>
(5) The Minister in conjunction with the author
The author of this idea whoever he be,
(if a distinct person) of this idea if a distinct person
may therefore be considered as having made a present
to the country of so much money that would otherwise
have been to be raised by taxes for the redemption of the
corresponding portion of the National Debt: saving so much
less to the people at large, by the interception of a defalcation from the
profit to men in the shape of a mass of annuity
corresponding to the difference quantity of capital.

It affords The satisfaction afforded is of the purest
kind, when, in recommendation of a measure of
promised utility, the opportunity presents itself, of
