Banker's paper.

2. It will in the same proportion expel
the paper of the Country Bankers.

Two circumstances causes (either of them sufficient adequate
of itself) will concurr in putting a stop to
all such paper

Of the paper of Country Bankers, part
stands upon the same footing is of the same species with Bank of
England paper: being payable on demand, but
without interest.

The same causes which will operate
to the expulsion of Bank of England paper
will operate, but with if there be a difference, with
still superior certainty to the expulsion of similar
paper issued from the shops of private
Bankers. Ban Private Bankers not having
their Notes paper received at the public offices, nor
supported by associations, are not in possession
of seeing their promises received amidst under the
experience of their non-performance.
