1818 April 15 Annuity Notes Proposed Advertisement on proposed publication in Pamphlets.

It was in the year O 1800 that soon after the accession of Mr Addington close of upon
the first reign of Pitt the second, that the ensuing plan for
a supposed improvement in the currency, was submitted
by me to the Constitution constituted authorities more immediately. It was addressed
