In the Country
at the Post Office

9. That in the Country, (viz: in every part of
Great Britain and Ireland except within the Limits
of the London Penny Post Office) such notice be
delivered at the Post Office at which the Dividend
is intended to be received.

Latest day for giving
notice

10. That the latest day on which such notice
may be given be such a day as may shall
afford sufficient time to the Office at the Exchequer
to make the requisite entries and make up
the packets of money for payment: say 14 days
before that on which the dividend becomes will become due, with
the addition of the number of days which it takes the Post
for a letter put in an employs in bringing a letter from the Post Office in question
to the Metropolis.

Earliest day for
giving notice

11. That the earliest day on which such notice
may be given be (say a week) preceeding such
latest day.

Mode of giving
notice

12. That the mode of giving such notice be
as follows. Blank printed Forms to be provided by Government
and lodged at the several Post Offices.
The Holder to sign write his signature on
one two of these Forms, and at the same time to deliver
to the Postmaster the Note or Notes spoken
of in such notice, for which the Postmaster (being
also supplied with proper Forms) shall give his receipt.
