Should it be the determination of government

If the paper of the Bank of England
should be accepted with by Government, or in payment for Annuity new paper issued,
the Lowest Annuity Note offers, in the footing of cash,
in part in payment for Annuity note paper issued
as it is at present at the existing other Government
offices, the circulation of Bank Notes would
not (it would seem) experience any diminution
from it. It might from the the circulation proposed measure. It might even receive assistance: from
