29 Remedies
Another mode plan would be to make the Bills in
other respects of the nature of those last described, and in
particular in respect to the carrying interest, but to make
them payable not til at a future time and not before but payable
interest and principal on demand. They might be made payable in this
way: the interest as well as principal if kept to a time
when interest according to the usual half yearly period
is has been done: if presented before then, not interest and
principal both, but only principal.
