Police Bill VI § Calendar of Delinquency §. 48
And for the purpose of obtaining the requisite
materials for the composition of the said Calendar
of Delinquency the said Commissioners are hereby
authorized and required to send or cause to
at such times as in their judgment shall seem
meet to frame and transmit or cause to be transmitted to the
Registering Clerk or other proper Officer of every Court of Record
having exercising criminal jurisdiction in that any
part of Great Britain called England, as also
of every Court of [ ]
in that part of Great Britain called Scotland a
blank form or or any other a competent number of blank forms
or schemes, for a Return or Returns to be made of the times
proceedings of such Court in relation to virtue of such its jurisdiction
containing such heads and according to the such form pattern or form as are <add>is used is and are</add>
exhibited in the Schedule
marked [ ] and [ ] and annexed to this Act, [+]1 [+]1 and to the Registering Clerk or other proper Officer of every Court in Great Britain which in the exercise of any jurisdiction whatsoever, whether civil, criminal or ecclesiastical, shall have authority to take Recognizances a competent number with such other heads and or according to such
other pattern and or form as in the judgment of the said Commissioners
shall be from time to time appear but adapted to the said respective purposes: [+]2 [+]2 with such reasonable Instructions for respecting the filling up thereof as the said Commissioners shall think fit judge fit: to every Court in Great Britain exercising of blank forms or schemes for Returns to be made of all such Recognizances as shall be taken in such respective Courts and
every such Clerk or other Officer shall within such
reasonable time as shall be limited by the said
Commissioners return every such blank form or
scheme duly filled up, according to the said such Instructions:
and all Judg "the said all Judges and Justices in their
"respective Courts of Record are hereby authorized and required
"at the request of the said Commissioners to make all such
"Orders and do all such other matters and things" + + 5 W.3. c.21. s.12. Stamp Duties as
shall be requisite and necessary to the due and compleat filling up and transmission returning
of the said blank forms when so transmitted as aforesaid: and every
such blank forms or returns containing such heads respectively
