6. It will be depretiation depression proof.
This property is not indispensable essential to the existence
of a paper currency — to its occupation
in the way of circulation: for instances exist
of Government papers that no exist without it
witness Exchequer Bills, Navy, Transport and
Victualling Bills and Ordnance Debentures and What
what is more no Government paper has ever yet
existed with it. But this the property in question if not indispensably
essential to the circulation of this paper will at any rate be highly
conducive to it: more especially to the extent
it aims at.
