The mode method employ'd for exhibiting the
number of years, if any, which remain unpaid,
and thence the increase of value resulting from the
forbearance, stands altogether clear of secure against forgery: or
at what comes to the same thing may be secured
against such frauds by the most simple and unfailing
means. As the span allotted for the Register
of by mention payments, as often as a payment is made, an entry a memorandum of the year is to be made entered at
the Office. This being the case it is out by
obliteration and obliteration only, if at all,
that any advantage is to be gained obtained by
