Part Benefit

A benefit however has been stated as produced
[by them] [produced by the articles in question and by that
subscription to them which has been exacted.] A benefit? and
what benefit? — who could have thought guessed it? — Peace
Of the articles in quest question it has accordingly been
said — that what they were intended for is — to serve as articles
of peace! A peace composed of perpetual triumph and
perpetual oppression on the part on the one hand of the ling few — of perpetual
degradation and perpetual suffering on the part of
the subject many! +

A declaration of war and that perpetual interminable composed of
articles stiled as it were in derision, articles of peace!
