§.1. Abstract fitness
Part Causes

This my is for J.B. stated as one objection: but for
the rating find it was one of the goods arrived at.

Of the mischiefs — the public mischiefs — of with which forced
declaration of persuasion are productive the perennial pregnant sources a catalogue list has
been brought to view. This Of these mischiefs which In the

of all these mischiefs there is not one which it is not
the interest — real or imagined, direct or indirect — of the ruling few, to perpetuate to perpetuate, viz: in the instance
of nine of the articles, in respect of the partial good which in a
direct current stream flows in to them from the general evil:
in the instance of the others, from the circumstance of
their being inseparably tacked on attached to linked with those in
which alone the benefit produced to the ruling few has its
immediate cause.

the general evil, — in

part of his frame has been reduced, the more easily
he will yield himself up to be led by any whatsoever
system of delusion they have may have found or thought it their interest to keep on foot
or set up.
