§.1. Abstract fitness

Past Effective, innocuous, however, nor by any
means unobvious, or newly imagined is the remedy.
Whatsoever opinions these may be, the impugnation of
which it is imagined appears, threatens to be productive of this
inconvenience, collect them together into a body, as for
the purpose of which is commonly understood by the term
