§.1. Abstract fitness

Past Effective, innocuous, however, nor by any
means unobvious, or newly imagined is the remedy.
Whatsoever opinions these may be, the impugnation of
which it is imagined appears, threatens to be productive of this
inconvenience, collect them together into a body, as for
the purpose of which is commonly understood by the term

Extended to the operations of the press written and printed discourse — extended
even to oral discourse attend in any place other than
