1. Dioceses, Prebends and
C as they become
vacant to fall in to the
Crown and be sold by
Auction: produce, to the
Sinking Fund. Titles excepted,
ab infra.

2. So Bishopricks. The
existing ones to retain their
seats — no new ones to have
seats.

3. Bishops to have salaries
paid out of the consolidated
fund.

4. Lands belonging to
Bishopricks &c. not vacant
power to any bidder to
cause then to be put
up to auction, he engaging
to bid for
them in the first instance
a sum the interest of
which shall produce
to the Incumbent if
vested in the fund an
increase of income not
less than so much —
say 20 per cent.

5. Tithes — power to the
Land — owners to compel
the sale — in case of
disagreement by the verdict
of a Jury: wheresoever
it can be done without
uncompensated damage
to the Tithe-owners, clerical
or lay.

As by sale of a part
the value of the

the terms must
be such as to save the
Tithe-owners from uncompensated
damage.
