Ask why such vast provision
is made for official
ecclesiastics, the answer
is, to promote religion
and morality by instruction.
For this end is this 10 per
cent income tax levied.

of reward is, that it shall
depend on the performance
of the service which it is intended
to produce. p.1.

bestowed without regard
to service, the service will
be no more promoted than
by punishment bestowed
in the same manner.

All the regularity which
exists is receipt of salary
and non performance of
duty.

These labourers have
mostly, if not all of
them, received the Holy

Ghost, in informing them
that the labourer was
worthy of his hire, forgot
the converse or they forgot
