Now with all due submission to those whom it may
concern — and in particular the Right Honourable Charles Abbot the
Speaker of the House of the Honourable House
upon whom the printing of documents printed in obedience
to Orders of their Honourable House one ind depends
it follows not that because a document on which
the Treasury Board a Board of Administration have grounded taken for the ground of their proceedings is
irrelevant and was therefore was as such was incapable of entering
into the composition of a proper ground — it follows not
that because to the purpose of affording a justification an exculpation or
extenuation for a defendant to document was irrelevant
it was also irrelevant to the purpose of the inquiry
whether in affording in the occasion of a ground of impunity given by to a Defendant
by the Board of Administration the conduct of such
Board was justifiable. On the contrary the more
indubitably irrelevant was the document so acted
upon the more indubitably indefensible was the conduct
of those who voted upon it.
