Wise and honest this same fundamental principle of Mr
Brougham — this principle by him though only
passed
as a fundamental one. Next to Mr Bentham
measure of inviting the whole intellectual strength of the
country to join at one in the composition of a remedy, to the evil instead instead of employing
different sets of men of talking about it the of Mr Brougham was so many different they only professed to
thing to be . Under matchless consequences make no particular A job it would have been turned to
of course as in some discordant stomachs every thing turns
into acidity: but the job there would have been no more than
one — Comes now Mr Peels amendment by which the proposed
all comprehensiveness is impossiblized, inaptitude secured chaos perpetuated,
and ten jobs manufactured instead of one and job doubled
and
and that law is effected
by a motion from
this same Mr Brougham
as this be likewise effected.
