that what under matchless constitution he values it most
for us to use, which no one else till he came ever found for it: and
that is, by means of its arbitrary and irresponsible power, and
the perjury compelling power which enable every one of the twelve
to swallow up the eleven, the annulment veto it renders
the people to apply to those tyrannical and atrocious laws
but for which under the aristocracy means always the
-ridden Monarchy would be their condition
would of the whole together Protestants and Catholicks would
in the first instance be that which what that of the Catholics has been
till this moment, and in conclusion what that of the Portuguese
is under their Dom Miguel [and the Spaniard
under their beloved Ferdinand.] a purpose in which in the accordingly has no place
Angl-American United States has accordingly no existence
no application could be found.

Use under matchless
constitution to give
a prop which may
at any time cause
the whole to fall to
pieces

In a word the under matchless constitution the great use of
this part is the facility it gives to the prop of so ordinary
matters at any time that the whole shall fall to pieces:
a constitution having for its object or end a view the greatest
happiness of the vast majority would take the place of that which
has for its object an end in view the greatest happiness of the
ruling arm and a clause determines not co-ruling
nor sub-ruling never co-ruling few.

Having some of us the faculty which was we now and
then give to of p taking a peep into this pigeon-hole
which the eagle eye of Henry Brougham seemed to
look into, we throw out these little pinches of hints in the
form of a riddle, with what may one who is fond of riddles
may answer himself, solving it or leaving it unsolved, according
as founded opinion or "unfounded doubts" most to
his taste.
