Greece

Duplicate sent through J.C. with the continuation
of the packet of Observations on
the Greek Constitution

Queen's Square Place Westminster

2nd March 1823.

J.B. to Edwd. Blaquier Esqr at the eve of his departure.

Dear Sir,

This delay, unauspicious as it is,
for the tout ensemble, has this petty good effect, that
it gives room for a few words more. Now as to my
humble advice to the Greek Nation: my wish is, that
it may not be printed at the order or expence of
the Constituted Authorities, but at my expence in
English and the proper sort of Greek, column-wise
— the English corrected by you, if you will be kind
enough to take the trouble. By this means if an
apt Translator can be obtained, we shall be independent
of every body as to the printing and no responsibility
