My friend more worthy,

I am upon the eve of opening
negociations with this government of great scope
and more than common interest, the preparation for
which in conjunction with the current business
and correspondence of my Legation keep me constantly
employed, more so I can truly say than
at any former period since I have been in this

week I have really so much more business carved
