I have received your kind letters yesterday and
today — the first with the copies accompannying
them which I will send today with the other
that I received to-day.

I have taken in consideration all
the contents of both your kind letters,
and will do everything that is possible
and in my power, to conclud
all in clear way, that may hapen
to have ben misunderstood.

I will today spealk to the
Commendador João Francisco d'Oliveira
and solict from his Excellence the
possible cleasiness of all the matters
that you are concerned for, and
