Conveyer of challenge
an accomplice
to challenger
Art 1. A person who is knowingly instrumental
in the conveyance of a challenge, or discourse
having the effect of a challenge, with the intention
of it's having such effect, is an accomplice
with the challenger, and will, as such be
dealt with:unless, by timely warning in the character
of an extraneous informant, he uses
his endeavours to prevent it's having such effect.

the first utterance of a challenge, knows only that
a challenge has bean received, is bound to use his
endeavors to prevent the effect of it in the character
of extraneous informant, unnless he sees reason
to suppose that that function is in a way to be
exercised in time by some other person more
fully informed that himself:if knowing of
such intention, he forbears giving information
for the purpose of seeing the challenge carried
into effect, such person is an accomplice of
