Fine to be paid to
Helpless Litigant's fund
Art 3 Of every such fine, the produce to be paid
in to the Helpless Litigant's fund, as per Const
Code Ch. 11. Judiciary Collectively. S.

cases in which the offender may be subjected to
presence banishment, as per Ch
If challenge the result
of provocation judge
to give sentence accordingly
Art 5. If the challenge appears to have been
the result of a provocation received by the challenger
on the hands of the challengee, the judge
will proceed to give judgment to pronounce his
decrees opinative and imperative, in relation to
such provocation.He may even inquire give
judgement on the subject of any chain or complication
of provocations on one side or on both
sides, given one to another, by the parties.But
his judgment in relation to the challenge will
be separated from and independent of all judgements
on the subject of provocation, as above
