Competition removing
challenging efficiency
of proposed means
of repression

In the case where the motive is
removal of competition, means of repression
here employed will be still more no less
clearly efficacious.

Never in this case will the challenge
be accepted, giving the challengee this
invitation will be giving him everything
he could have wished. The competition will
indeed be removed; but removed from
whom? - removed from the challengee, for
the challenger will be driven out of the field
and the challengee will remain in it.
