If offenders own life
the only one exposed the
cure would be no worse
than suicide
If the only life sacrificed or exposed to harm or sacrificed
were his own the act make the most and worst of it would
be neither nothing worse than suicide; and without detriment to
any body for by the soundest evidence of the best judge it is determined
not to be productive of any net amount of evil to
himself it the practice might be left to take its own course.

But by the turn of

enforce his command by

But by reason of an unfortunate turn twist taken by the
Public Opinion Tribunal under the dominion of early, if not primævil
barbarism by the turn taken in that early and immature age, and
though the vis inertia of mind continued down to the present time
by this combined compound act of folly combined with atrocity cruelty a
man is permitted to take the command of another man
