The practice recommended
to favour by
Courage, love of justice
piety

Every King contributed to recommend the practice to the
favour of the Public Opinion Tribunal. Courage love of Justice,
piety, every sentiment that was in honour joined in
the recommendation. Applied to the solution of questions of
fact, the evidence it afforded was of a transcendental kind,
more proabtive than any other. The justice administered
by it was like in those days what Equity became afterwards
a more refined and betterment kind of justice. Of piety,
and its all inseparable accompaniment faith it was the most sincerest and most self denying that
would be exhibited or so much as imagined. God himself
By the choice of both parties God himself was chosen Judge
Of such a Judge as who could doubt the justice of the award?
