Art. 5. Furnished with his Examination Commission
and his Interrogative paper the Examination Commission
wanting his opportunity of as in case of necessity, makes application
to the examinand, to him the several instruments
and calls upon him for compliance and to the extent in case of necessity
of the powers granted conferred on him by the originating judicatory
employs them in enforcing compliance.

Art. 6 If the examinand be a defendant in the suit
one means employable on this occasion for this purpose is
the declaring that, in the court and on the ground of non-compliance
judgment against the defendant will be pronounced, and so far
as lies within the power of the judicatory execution and effect
given to it.

Art. 7 Another mode of enforcing compliance will be a
declaration of [violent] outlawry.

Art. 8 Such outlawry will be either general and
all comprehensive, or special: general, if by it the individual
stands debarred from the benefit of all rights, for the effectuation
of which the exercise of the judicial power of the state
originating judicatory or any other judicatory belonging to
the State is needed. . special, if it be confined to secure
one or more such rights specially mustered

Art. 9 For his assistance in the taking of such examination
the Examining Commissioner has with him an assistant to
official as Registrar, serving partly as scribe to minute
those the such answers as may come to have been delivered
partly to serve as witness to witness to testify upon occasion the genuineness
of the Examination Evidence paper in all the several words contained
in it.
