consent of both parties
Art. 10 The examinee on his part is will be at liberty
to give to himself the assistance of any person
at his choice: and by consent admittance may be given
to persons in any number, provided the numbers be the equal
same on both sides

to enter observations
on Registrar's Minute
Art. 11 Power to The examinee and every person attending as
his assistant as above to enter upon the Register Minute
any such observations as they may see reason to enter,
the Commissioner and his Assistant & Assistants being at
the same time the same liberty. He will at the same time
call upon them to give or refuse the said to the
correctness and compleatness of the whole account instrument; and in
case of refusal in the ordinary mode as per Ch. XIX Judiciary
Registrars §§.

Examinee to be
advertised of security
against falshood
Art. 12 Antecedently to the commencement of the Examining
the Commissioner will advertise the Examinand in the presence
of his Assistant or Assistants of the two secretaries, against falshood
which the law of the State in which the Originating
Judge operates has provided to wit
1. The responsibility in case of falshood
2. The liability of the a Examinee to be in case of necessity
examined anew should he have in the event of his set in in the
of that same state.
