attendance

Art. 1. Employable Modes of procuring attendance at
the Judicatory are here. 1 uncompulsory or invitative. 2. compulsory
physical and psychological neological: physical acting on the body as
might be done on so much inanimate matters: psychological neological acting on the body no
otherwise than through
the mind.

Art. 2. By the non compulsory mode of procuring
such attendance understand an order for attendance to attend
say an Attendance Order or Accusative Order
Uncompulsory the mode is stated no otherwise than in
consideration of the immediate effect: for if it have not its
intended effect it must be followed by a compulsory mode,
or else be inefficient and nugatory. Physical compulsion
at any rate in this case there is not any.

3 Compulsory mode
prehension

Art. 3. The mode stated compulsory mode operates
in the way of by physical compulsion say the prehensive mode.

1 Person - prehension

Art. 4. The prehension effected by the prehensive
mode is either 1 Personal prehension or 2 Property
prehension according to the nature of the subject matter
on which the operation is performed.

2 Property-prehension

When the body of the person is prehended the subject matter
the mode of compulsion is purely physical: when an
article of property it is not in relation to the
immediate subject matter purely physical; in relation to the person subject matter
ultimately intended to be operated upon. the subject
matter in which the ultimate effect is endeavoured
to be produced, psychological and pathological: the
subject matter of this operation being the , and the
mode applied to it the fear of losing the benefit of the property
either for a time only or ultimately.
