Art. Where the prehension a person-prehension
some further proceeding must follow ere any use
from the transference of the can be derived. The person
when prehended must some how or other be disposed of.

The obviously useful and most and frequently exemplified
mode of disposal is the bringing the person b in question
to the judicature and thereby compelling his attendance.
In this case the order in compliance with which the
effect is produced may receive the means of a Prehension
and adduction order.

subject matter a
moveable thing

So likewise where the subject matter is a moveable
thing for which purpose it was prehended to wit
1. As a source of real evidence
2. As a means of eventual satisfaction in the way of compensation
by the transfer of the rights of possession in or relative to it
3. As an instrument of compulsion in regard to attendance for the purpose of compelling
the person in question to attend: compelling him
to sort by the fines of the loss of the property it in the
event of his non-compliance.

nature of the case furnishes, belong not to this hand.
