To the present head
in as much as concerns
the venereal appetite
belongs the
Toleration of
Concubinage &
Regulation of Stews

The sixth and class last class of expedients
referable to this head is

To this head also may be referred whatever
may be thought proper to be done by the
government with respect respect regard to the toleration
and or regulation of concubinage and fornication
and with regard to the toleration or regulation
or establishment of public stews. Qu. on

to the offences of ra seduction, rape, forcible
seduction, simple lascivious injuries, adultery, &
polygamy: as also to the more eccentric irregularies
of the venereal appetite which come under belong to the
the head class of self-regarding offences.
