Land were the absolute property (in separate Ownership) of the said Lord or
Lords, and all corporations aggregate, or sole, Ecclesiastical Civil or Eliemozynary
Husbands Guardians Committees Executors and all other Trustees (not only on behalf of
themselves but also on behalf of their cestuy que Trusts) whether Infants, Issue unborn,
Lunatic's Idiots, Femes Covert or other persons under any disability whatsoever And
also all other persons seized or possessed of or interested in every such Manor or Lands
whether in the state of Waste or Common Lands subject to rights of Commonor in separate Ownership are hereby
empowered to convey and assure & consent to the conveyance & assurance ofsuch Lands and all Corporations and all Persons so
conveying or assuring are hereby indemnified for what they shall so do by virtue of this Act

Provided always And be it further Enacted That if any such Lord or
Lords of a Manor & person having rights of Common on ?or any owner or Owners of Lands in separate ownerships should in preference
to the absolute Conveyance of such Land or of his or their interest therein choose rather
to convey the same in the way of Lease for a long term of Years (at a pepper corn or other greater
