Special Compensation
Clause
And be it further enacted that if by
reason of vicinity or otherwise there be
any persons person or persons to whom
the right of turning in Cattle or Poultry
as aforesaid or any other right of common
exercisible in or over the said Waste as aforesaid
is production of any special benefit over
and above any which is or can be reaped and enjoyed
by the Commoners at large it
shall and may be lawful to and for such
Feoffee or Feoffees to tender a
competent sum of money to each and
every person possessing such special benefit
in compensation and satisfaction for
the same and if any such person or persons should
not think fit to accept of such compensation
money so tendered then and in such
case the properspecial compensation to be made
to such person or persons for such their special
benefit by a Jury in manner as
abovementioned
