Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

And whereas the said waste is intirely open and situate in the
neighbourhood of many mean Houses and is exposed to the promiscuous resort
of mean loose and disorderly Company and therefore the allotment of a competent
separate and inclosed Spot of Ground for the said last mentioned
purpose of which the said Scholar may be exempt from the the intrusion of
such promiscuous and improper company will be for the benefit of the said
Scholars in point of Comfort and good. morals.

Be it further Enacted that Lot B as described in the
Schedule B annexed to this Act containing about eleven Acres more or less shall
be and become the exclusive property of or remain vested in the said Dean and
Chapter and their Successors in fee simple discharged of and from all such commonable
Rights so aforesaid to be held by them the said Dean and Chapter
and their Successors on the special trust and confidence of their permitting the
said Scholars for ever to use and occupy for the aforesaid aor any other lawful
Sports and exercised the said allotment or such part or parts thereof as shall
be proper and sufficient for the said purposes in such manner as shall be
be consistent with the discipline and good of the said School and that
the same allotment immediately after entry shall be made by or by the ower
of the said Dean and Chapter upon the Ground so allotted shall be in
satisfaction of all right and title or claim of the said Scholars or of the said
Dean and Chapter on behalf of the said Scholars in or to the residue
of the said Waste Land.

Sec 8.
Allotment of the Portion
West of Rochester Row to the
Dean and chapter and the
two Parishes for divers purposes.

And whereas for building or other purposes it may be more
convenient and advantageous to the said Dean and Chapter on the one part
and the Inhabitants intitled to rights of Common as aforesaid within the
two Parishes on the other part according to the nature and extent of their respective
