§. 18.
Expences how defrayed.

And be it further Enacted and Declared
that the Expences of the said Commissioners or Arbitrators and the
Expence of taking Surveys and making Roads Drains and Fences
in and upon the said Lot C and all other expences relative to the said Lot C (except the Expences of building and
Fencing the said intended new Poor House with the Appurtenances
as hereinbefore mentioned) shall be defrayed out of the Money to be paid
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees into the Bank of England as aforesaid
as the Purchase Money for the said Lot A and that such Part of
the same Money as by the said Feoffee or Feoffees shall be deemed
necessary and sufficient for the said purpose shall be set apart and
reserved in the said Bank for that purpose before any part thereof
shall be placed out in Government Securities in manner hereinbefore
mentioned and that the said Commissioners or Arbitrators present
at any such meeting as aforesaid, shall from time to time by
order upon the said Bank of England countersigned by the said
Feoffee or Feoffees or the Major part of such Feoffees for the time
being draw for such Monies as shall be necessary for defraying such
Expences and that all Expences relative to the said Lot A and to
be incurred under and pursuant to the Direction of this Act,
And also all Expences relative to the said Lot B and to be
incurred as aforesaid (excepting as to both the said Lots the said
Expences of the said Commissioners and Arbitrators) shall be borne
by the said Feoffee or Feoffees for the time being—

§.19. Form and Registration
of the
Awards and Documents

And be if further Enacted that every Award
to be made by the said Commissioners or Arbitrators shall express
in Statute Measure the Quantity of Acres Roods and Perches
Yards and Feet contained in every Parcel of Ground allotted by
such Award together with a Description of the Situation and Boundaries
