Tothill Fields Inclosure Bill

Boundaries thereof And also Orders for limiting laying out and completing
the ways, Watercourses, Drains, Fences, Bridges, Plantations, or other
Works which to such Commissioners or Arbitrators shall appear necessary
or proper to be made in upon or over the same or any Part thereof
with Proper Plans Draughts and Schedules for the explanation of
the same And that the said Award including such Plans Draughts
and Schedules shall be engrossed upon Parchment under the Stands
of such Commissioners or Arbitrators and every such Award and
also every such Order of Justices as abovementioned relative to the
ways leading over or adjacent to the said Lots A and B or either
of them (such order comprizing and exhibiting as aforesaid the
whole Contents of the said Lots A and B respectively) shall within
three Calendar Months after making such Award and Order
respectively, be enrolled in the Office of the Register of the County
of Middlesex by the same Register and and that after such Inrollment
shall be made the same or a true Copy thereof signed by such
Register or his Deputy shall be admitted in all Courts as Evidence
and such Officer is hereby required to make such Inrollment and
upon request to deliver Copies thereof and to certify the same from
time to time as soon as conveniently may be and not later
than 30 Days after such request shall be made on being paid for
such Inrollment the same Fees as are usually paid for Inrollment
of any Bargain and Sale in the same office and for
every such Copy and Certificate besides the Stamp Duties on
such Copy after the rate of 3 pence per Sheet reckoning 72 words
to each Sheet And for every Search and Inspection of such Inrollment
one Shilling And further that the said several Allotments
and Divisions and all Orders Directions Regulation and Determinations.
