That the Injury to so many
hundred innocent and industrious
families, in hourly Danger
of being driven out of
their Habitations and Employments,
and starved (at a Time
when every Necessary of Life
is almost double the Price, and
when useful Hands were never
more wanted), is a more affecting
Consideration, at this
critical and melancholy Functure,
than it was when they,
near Three Years ago, petitioned
the LEGISLATURE for
Relief.
