V Requiem
And whereas the said Annuitants may when
after the commencement of their respective Annuities
free to live upon their said Annuities may
in divers instances be desirous of settling themselves
in different res and remote parts of Great Britain and
other his Majesty's Dominions for the purpose
of exercising their respective callings on the most
advantageous

The Annuities for
the accommodation
of distant Annuitants
may shall be
remitted to the
Post Towns by
the Post Office.
Art. 9 10. And whereas in the pursuit of plans of
honest industry, or for the comfort of living in
their p respective places of the places of their respective births or in the
midst of their respective connections the said Annuitants
after the commencement of their respective
Annuities may in divers instances be desirous
of settling in different and remote
parts of Great Britain, or other his Majesty's
Dominions from the liberty whereof they would which benefits they might in
divers instances were it necessary they should respectively be debarred, by the obligation were they to remain
subject to the same of attending in
person to receive the same, their due, Be it enacted
that payment of the said Annuity any such Annuity shall at
upon the instance of any such Annuitant and with the said be consent of the Governor be
made made in any part of his Dominion Majesty Post Town in Great Britain through the medium of the Post-Office,
in manner following:
