As a means of preventing the connection between with
Administration from transpiring, it might be advisable
of upon the supposition that intelligence is to be communicated to it from the
offices, if instead of sending it directly from the several offices
to the Printer or even the Manager, ce qui donneroil
a penser to the Clerks &c, if the it were to be
sent just to some confidential person, Mr Robinson
for instance or Mr Sr Grey Cooper, and by them transmitted
to the Manager. The Printer need not be let
entirely into the secret.

For the sake of establishing the character of the
paper with respect to impartiality, it may be proper
to take occasion to vindicate every now and then
some of the most respectable characters on the opposition
from gross abuse if any such should chance
to be cast on them in any of the other papers; and
that by the printer in his own character, that is
among the paragraphs. This however is not likely
often to happen: on which account it might be of use
now and then to send some nonsense of that sort to
other papers, for the sake of he merit of contradicting
it on this.

It would be convenient for the sake purpose in if referring to prior
Numbers of the Paper to number the Paragraphs
1, 2, 3 &c.

It might be of use for the sake of giving a striking & summary
view of the censurable passages in opposition Paragraphs,
speeches &c to range them under heads,
