Would that our excellent friend |
Would that our excellent friend |
repeat the call in the days of business.
Would that our excellent friend
Place would come and see us as
we are — He is too good a man
to leave us happy with even a doubt
of our diligence on his mind —
Perhaps there is no doubt
now left — Still I think we should
be made more comfortable in our
feelings if he could be persuaded
to visit us. He however is a
man more fit to persuade others
than to be acted on himself.
May mankind long benefit
by your renewed labours as I trust
they ever will by your past exertions.
So prays
Dear Sir
Your obliged faithful servt
Thomas Wright Hill
