 Examples of cases where arrest apprehension for the purpose of
 examination without warning may be requisite.
1. Where the sum or thing claimed, or that which the Defendant
 might be liable to pay on the ground of damages
 for an injury not pecuniary is of considerable value with reference to his means
 of living.
2. Where the subject of dispute is a person, whom
 he might be disposed to remove out of the reach
 of Justice, as an infant, a ward, an apprentice
 a wife or pretended wife, an insane person.
3. Where the subject is a particular thing possessed
 of a pretence affection, which if pressed he might
 be disposed rather to destroy or deface than give up
 as a  timber tree, a f picture, a statue, a
 model, a choice subject of natural history, a family
 trinket, or the like.
 4. Where the in order to substantiate the claim it might
 be necessary to cause him to produce some piece of
 written or other evidence which is in his custody, such as a deed,
 a letter, or the like, and which if upon he had warning
 he might destroy or remove out of the reach of justice.
