Art 8 An assumption included in Art. is
that in and by every such as has a ser desired as much
of a certain service at the hands of the Judge. That
it is so will be seen when the time comes for the explanation
of the several sorts of suits, actual and possible or demands
capable of being made services capable of being demanded
at the hands of the Judge in and by the
corresponding sorts of suits such as the operation of giving execution
and effect to the law requires to be made in the several
