Pickeering
The punishment of Pickeering is to be thus executed.
The offender is to be tied suspended by one hand
to the pillar of disgrace

by which is to be supported underneath
3. The other foot is to be tied up, or
from assisting it's fellow, by being connected
with it and separated from it by an inflexible
iron bar.
