The averageprofit upon the issue of 1801 was taken at per

raised from 65 to 85, average 75 was 3 per
Cent: the profit upon the issue of 1802, by
which 3 per Cent Stock is raised from £89 to
£100 can not therefore be taken consistently
with the official supposition above above referred, to
(15 per Cent upon the whole rise) be taken at
more than £5 per Cent. Total upon the supposed
2d year £1 issue of £10,000,000 - £500,000.
