<p>I write as I can find time. To a copy of my Panopticon work I add

2 parts or numbers <add>out</add> of 4 of my work on <hi rend="underline">Pauper Management</hi> originally published

in Young's annals of Agriculture. A<hi rend="superscript">o</hi> 1802 a French translation was
<lb/>
published by Constituted Authorities, I am sorry I c<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> send no more than
<lb/>
2 viz £<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> &amp; 3<hi rend="superscript">d</hi> &#x2014; N<hi rend="superscript">os</hi> 1 &amp; 4 have been mislaid or lost in the course of a series

of negligencies &amp; revolutions. Fortunately however to the panopticon

plan of Construction these are the most material for in one of them I see

<hi rend="underline">plates</hi> in which tho' in an humble style &amp; miniature form, the essentials

of the latest architectural improvements that had been made in it are
