§.19 Migration.

Art. 1. In some , no Judge for more than three years with a fraction. Migrates, from Sub District to Sub District Appellant, from District to District
Art. 1. In the same Judicatory, no Judge continue
for more than three years with the evident addition of the fraction
of another. The Judge migrates from Sub District to
Sub District; the Appellant Judge from District to District.

2. Art. 2. Migration either stated or else incidental Stated is at commencement of solar year: incidental is by transference [from Judicatory to Judicatory].
