<p>§. 6. <hi rend="underline">Attendance.</hi><lb/><hi rend="underline">Enactive.</hi><lb/>Art. 1. <del>Art. 2.</del> <hi rend="underline">Attendance, how enforced.</hi> By the Registrar<lb/> is regularly framed and kept the <hi rend="underline">Quasi Jury Defaulter's<lb/> list.</hi> In it are two <hi rend="underline">sublists</hi>: 1. the <hi rend="underline">County Defaulter's<lb/> list</hi>, and 2. the <hi rend="underline">Town Defaulter's List.</hi> To the<lb/>name of each Defaulter, as soon as he becomes so,<lb/>the Registrar attaches an indication of the fact and<lb/>the day, and of the proceedings carried on in consequence.</p>
 
<p><hi rend="underline">Enactive.</hi><lb/>Art. 2.  <gap/> <del><gap/></del> For the penalty for each days default, as<lb/> well on the part of the <hi rend="underline">Select</hi> as on the part of an <hi rend="underline">Ordinary</hi><lb/> destined Quasi Juror, see the Penal Code.<lb/>In lieu of, or even in addition to compensation money,<lb/> for the overburthened Liables who have served,<lb/>penalty for each day's default, so many days imprisonment:<lb/> name of the fund into which the money<lb/> is paid, the <hi rend="underline">Overburthen Quasi Jurors Compensation<lb/> fund.</hi> In so far as the penalty is pecuniary,<lb/> the money is paid into a fund, <sic>stiled</sic> the <hi rend="underline">Compensation</hi><lb/> fund: out of it, to such <hi rend="underline">Town</hi> Quasi Jurors<lb/>as have served, compensation is made for the burthen<lb/> brought upon them by default, whether on the<lb/>part of the Country, or of the Town Stock of destined<lb/>Quasi Jurors.</p>

§. 6. Attendance.
Enactive.
Art. 1. Art. 2. Attendance, how enforced. By the Registrar
is regularly framed and kept the Quasi Jury Defaulter's
list.
In it are two sublists: 1. the County Defaulter's
list
, and 2. the Town Defaulter's List. To the
name of each Defaulter, as soon as he becomes so,
the Registrar attaches an indication of the fact and
the day, and of the proceedings carried on in consequence.

Enactive.
Art. 2. For the penalty for each days default, as
well on the part of the Select as on the part of an Ordinary
destined Quasi Juror, see the Penal Code.
In lieu of, or even in addition to compensation money,
for the overburthened Liables who have served,
penalty for each day's default, so many days imprisonment:
name of the fund into which the money
is paid, the Overburthen Quasi Jurors Compensation
fund.
In so far as the penalty is pecuniary,
the money is paid into a fund, stiled the Compensation
fund: out of it, to such Town Quasi Jurors
as have served, compensation is made for the burthen
brought upon them by default, whether on the
part of the Country, or of the Town Stock of destined
Quasi Jurors.
