§ 1. Election Minister
Ch. 10 11 Of the Sub Ministers severally.
§ 1. Of the Election Minister
Art. 1 To the Election Minister, under the Legislature,
and the Prime Minister, it belongs to give at all times execution and effect, to the
matter of the Election Code Ch. |^^^| to wit, as well as to
the mode of filling the Seats of in the Legislation Chamber belonging to the Legislature, and
as to the mode of filling the Seats in the several Sublegislative
Chambers.
Art. 2 To this purpose, it belongs to him to
exercise the of the thirteen functions as per Ch. IX. §. 3.
relation to all persons, things, in so far as ordinances, and among
employed in the business of the several Elections by which
those same seats are filled: as also in relation to persons
things and occasions the Statistic and Recordative, and
in relation to ordinance and arrangements, the Melioration-
suggestive function.
Art.2 To this purpose it belongs to have to exercise
in relation as to all persons, in so far as employed in any part of the business
of any of the several Elections, by which these same seats are filled,
as to his own office the suppletive function
the Locative, Suppletive, Directive and Dislocative functions; in
as to his own office, the suppletive function; relation as to things, in so far as thus employed, the Preventive,
Constrictitive, Applicative, Reparative, and Eliminative functions;
as to persons and things the Suspective; as to persons things and recurrences there to belonging the Statistic and
Recondative; as to states of things, ordinances and arrangements, there to belonging the Melioration -
Suggestive: as per Ch. IX S.3. Art Concerning what these
functions, see Ch. IX. §. 3. Art. 1.
Art. 3. For the whole of the process by which these
seats are filled the aforesaid Election Code Ch. |^^^|.
