§. 2. Legislation Minister's functions.
Art. 1. To the Legislation Minister it belongs, under the
authority of the Legislature, to exercise the thirteen several functions,
as per Ch. IX. §. 3 4, appointed to be exercised in relation to all persons and
all things employed in the business of legislation.

Assembly. 4. iv. Reporters, functionary official or spontaneous,
of it's Debates and proceedings: 5v. Visitors at large attending [+] or say Legislation

or say Legislational Inspectors; to wit, persons at large attending
in their quality of members of the Supreme Constitutive.
I 6.vi. Foreign Ministers, Envoys of alland Agents, of all classes and ranks,
from foreign powers. I 7. vii. Persons under examination or waiting to be
under examination, in the Assembly, orin any of it's
committees, in the quality of witnesses or petitioners.
