Art.26 Sources of supply
for the above, suppose
1. For musquets and
powder used with them

Art. 276 Sources of supply suppose as follows
1. For musquets small guns ordinary firelocks and powder with them, taxation by the imposed

Art. 287 For the taking effectual aim, at is done by
rifleman at individual objects, much skill, the result of much
practice is necessary. But of such practice, the expence whenif
multiplied by the whole number of those capable capable of joining in
it would at its minimumif even if minimized be so great and would in the
nature of the case be so much exposed to waste, that the
defraying it might well require to be left to the voluntary contributions,
of such as are able and willing to contribute to
it, for themselves and their comrades.
