S.13.IX. Domain Minister's functions.
Article 1. To the National Domain Minister belong the three
functions, relative to all Government arrangements, having
for their subject, property in any shape, other than
money, having place under the direction of Government
for the benefit of the State, and not belonging to any
service under the authority of any one of the several other
Ministers.
Article 2. So, by the exercise of this directive function,
to keep in a state of appropriate aptitude all such articles
and masses pf property, as per Article 1.
